Pain in chest and shortness of breath
I have problems of mild pain in left side of chest near arm and pain radiated to left arm. Also I feel suddenly shortness of breath. I am regular smoked since 10 years. I have sedentary lifestyle . All the blood test is showing normal except HSCRP is 2.30 and AIP is 0.29 I have get done ECG , Echo ( usg) , CT angiography and found everything normal ". Daily feeling tired , leg pain while walking which comes and goes , anxious about what going on , cannot focused on work I have issues of fatty liver grade III, umbilical hernia in USG reports My vitamin B12 and D is now normal medications Please guide me
