Chest pain short of breath palpitations
Hi doctor, Last year in Dec I had chest pain and shortness of breath, got ECG echo done result was normal. But still pain continues, then march I had hyperacidity issue, it's like if I ate 1 chapati also I get palpitations. Palpitations reduced only with vomiting. I was really anxious about my health. Then I got upper endoscopy, result was small hiatus hernia and multiple deoudinal erosion. But chest pain continues. In July I again felt shortness of breath. I went to cardiologist, ECG done normal. Doctor said no issue with heart. I m fine. But since I was anxious, I went to another cardiologist. He said everything normal but still advised me for TMT. Got TMT it was normal. Really not understanding what has happened to me. Now again in November suddenly I felt shortness of breath and chest pain along with left hand shoulder and back neck pain, with headache and dizziness.I got 2d echo done, result was normal. Really doctor I am not understanding what's happing with me.please guide me.

Acidity can cause the same symptoms. Needs proper physical examination and evaluation.
