Hi Doc !! From last three months I have been having chest pain that comes and goes but only lasts for seconds. The pattern is like 2 sec pain in left side of chest and then after 2 seconds it radiates to left thumb and then vanishes. It happens anytime and not specifically with exercise. It happens at rest too. I sometimes feel it in my left wrist too.  My RHR also stays between 95 - 100. Can it be a serious cardiac issue or is it just a pinched nerve or muscular pain ? Thank you !!

I am writing to describe some symptoms that I have been experiencing over the past seven days. Specifically, I have been feeling mild left chest pain, weakness, left hand and shoulder pain, and a heaviness in my chest. Although my ECG was normal, I am still feeling uncomfortable and worried about the cause of these symptoms. My age is 26 (female), weight 35kg. I am also wondering if there are any additional tests or procedures that you would recommend to help identify the underlying cause of my discomfort. I would greatly appreciate your help in addressing these symptoms and finding an appropriate course of treatment. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

My father, 61, underwent angioplasty 20 days ago. Attaching his ECG report as of today. Is this normal?

I have cholesterol problem when i was in college i.e. from 2012. Since then i was on medication. But in 2015 and 2016 i have stopped the medicine. So naturally the level again went up. But from 2017 i am continuously on medicine. Presently i am taking Pivasta 2. Yesterday i checked up my lipid profile. The reports are as follows: Total cholesterol : 150 Hdl : 45 Ldl : 80 Triglycerides: 167 May I need to increase the dosage of pivasta? Is it a bad report? With Pivasta, i take thyrox 75 medicine. I am 33 now. So what is the chances of developing cardiological issues at this stage? Due to this lipid profile issue i have health anxiety issues, but not taking any medicine rather i am doing CBT and it works for me now. But occasionally i take melzap md.25 for anxiety. Is melzap causing rise in triglycerides? Cause the levels were normal 5 months back also. In my family donot have heart attack or stroke history. I have done ECG and Echocardigraphy. Both are normal.

Hi we did test for my mother 61 yrs old.. she takes stress a lot.. and sleep issues..  attached are the reports can you pls check and suggest what does these mean.. Do we need any medications to start right away or change diet ... pls help?

Do we need to take telmasartan 40 mg life long if once started.Does it have any side effects with taken for longer time.
