Hi, I am 26 years old and have low bp. Last night when I checked my bp, the reading was 86/65. During periods they drop even lower sometimes and I get severe cramps and I have even fainted sometimes. Please let me know what are the causes for this, also remedies.

Dear Doctors, Could you please suggest me on controlling Triglycerides? Just got tested self to see the levels. As per my today's blood report, Triglycerides:278 mg/dL (ref. Level <150), cholesterol: 184 (ref. Level<200), VLDL Cholesterol: 55 (ref. Level<30). My LFT, KFT, Thyroid is normal as per report. My ECG is also normal (got tested self a week before). Here, only Triglycerides is High. I am 6feet tall, 78 Kg, 3-4 days walking/per week.  I do consume only beer(alcohol) in a week/fortnight. Can I control my Triglycerides level without medicine (by following lifestyle changes) or medicine is required? I would be thankful to your kind suggestions. Regards

I'm experiencing the rapid heart beat with chest and left arm pain consistently for the past one year. I don't know why it happens but I want to know the reason. I also would like to know  how to overcome this problem.

Resting ECG: normal. Functional Capacity: normal. HR Response to Exercise: appropriate. BP Response to Exercise: normal resting BP - appropriate response. Chest Pain: none. Arrhythmias: none. ST Changes: ST depression seen in of ischemia. II, II aVF& V3-V6 at peak and in reco.

Attaching ecg and 2d echo, before this i took ecg and 2d echo, in echo i got tachycardia but after that i am taking anxiety pills but after few days,i got chest pain i took ecg again,so i want to know the ecg is normal or else i am having left ventricular hypertrophy..please help me what should i do
