Chest discomfort dry mouth
Respected sir,
My wife have chest discomfort and dry mouth due to anxiety because of family issue. So we went trauma of gov hospital and done ECG...there are changes in ECG .
Troponin is normal.
Clonazepam 0.5 mg stat tab given
After clonazepam she feels better and normal.
Do we need to worry about ECG changes?
Is this cardiac related changes or anxiety induced sir?
Do we need to do further any test as there is changes in ECG.

Ecg is fine
For further confirmation just get an echocardiography
