Heart Problem
How early the heart problem can be identified by tests like ecg, thread mill test, etc. I have gone through full body check 4 months back and reports were normal. Now I feel left hand pain should I be worried about cardiac problem or do I need to take tests again

Cardiac problems are quite common now a days due to our eating habits lifestyle and genetics. It can be seen as early as from late twenties or early thirties. Any symptoms like Chest tightness or heaviness, left hand pain , Left shoulder pain , excessive sweating and breathlessness on exertion or reduced exercise capacity should be evaluated. ECG, Echocardiography and TMT can be the initial evaluations. When doubt CT angio or conventional Angiography is recommended. Yours might be due to abnormal sleeping postures , Cervical spine problems, or musculoskeletal.
