Hi, TMT positive is a sign of coronary artery disease, she also has comorbidity like high BMI , Hypothyroid and anemia. My advice would be to get a CT coronary done to rule out CAD Motivate her to bring down weight by regular brisk walk 30min in morning and evening Correct her anemia Take help of psychiatrists for depression Check her Lipid profile, ECHO , thyroid profile , Renal profile 6monthly , Blood pressure weekly
Next Steps
Whatever she is through is not a permanent thing. This is part of life and she will come out of this with support from family, Good lifestyle, Motivation and self determination. I am sure the family is supporting her but someone needs to get connected to her and make her realise the reality.
Health Tips
2-3 months of medication for depression along with above methods will surely help her.
