Increased my anxiety..I read that in most cases of such heart attacks stress/anxiety/strong emotional event leads to rupture of plaque n so even with minor blockage the person gets attack. I want to know That in every day life we exposed to so many events of stress anxiety. How will I know which event can trigger the rupture of the plaque! Is there any way to make the plaque more stable Coz I read that everyone has blockage to some extent... it's the rupture of unstable plaque... If we go by there is there in every day we are at the risk of heart attack!! Plz help
