Sudden cardiacarrest in young people

Many young people are dying due to heart problems recently. Yesterday, a doctor from hyd aged 28 also died due to heart issue. What is the reason for this? Is it due to getting COVID in the past or getting COVID vaccination or stress and unhealthy life style? I got COVID last year and got vaccination also. I had anxiety disorder last year which was treated and doing fine now. That time I had ecg test also done and it showed normal. Is it advisable to get heart tests done for people like me who got COVID in the past to check heart health.

Heart disease in young people are due to stress, unhealthy lifestyle. But every cardiac arrest is not a heart attack. People dying suddenly is not always a heart attack there are many other reasons as well. Just keep your lifestyle healthy, keep checking BP, sugar, lipid profile yearly and ECG ECHO every 3 years. Don't worry
