High bp at young age
Hi, I am 34 year old . Recently I have visited dr and found my bp was 150/100. Last bp checked 2 months before but it was normal. Next day as well bp was 140/100 so done ecg,2 d echo, all blood test including lipid and all test are normal. Dr started telsar 40 , however still sometimes bp rises to 150/100+ . Sometimes without tablet it stays normal .so how to find root cause of high bp at this age. Do I need to continue taking bp medicine lifelong or can stop after sometime. Please advise if any other option to mitigate high bp. Whenever I feels acidity ,bloating , heartburn ,it increase my heart rate and bp as well. Please advise for further course of action needed.
