Hello ,
My brother aged 17, has a bp.reading of 154/90, all tests were normal, what could be the reason, and also is it required to take the medication?

1 reason is hereditary. Need to know what tests you have done. Need to know about his lifestyle. If BP is consistently above 140/90 then he needs medicines
