Hello sir, sir I have checked my bp from last week two or three times per day sir I have find my bp is on an average 140/90
Every time some fluctuations may occur but most of readings is nearly .I have checked in morning, evening,noon .
Sir I am an engineer doing work on laptop sir is this BP readings is serious concern
