  4. Abnormal ECG. I repeat the ecg and echo?

Abnormal ECG
I am having a dull chest pain on left side since few months and it has become bad since one week. My attached ecg shows some abnormality. My echo was done 2 months ago which was normal. What can this be? Should i repeat the ecg and echo?

ECG looks normal. ECHO is normal. Rule out Acidity or reflux Watch for chest pain or tightness on exertion. Follow with a TMT then
