Hello Dr. Iam 6feet 98kg Recently done 2D echo my ivs thickness is 11mm Pw is 10mm. Is it LVH ? I don't even have BP then why?

Age 30 Symptoms: Woke up and felt mild nerve pain on left side of chest when breathing. The pain is very mild like pinched nerve. Went to walk and felt the pain is increasing and decreasing in cycles. Have mild burping. Past: Anxiety issues Got ECG and 2d echo done... Attaching reports. Need evaluation because after coming home as well, it feels like minor nerve pinching (positional or when I breathe deep) and having palpitations. Doctor repeatedly kept asking about my family history and smoking even after reports came normal. Prescribed ultracet. Asking because if there is potential problem in future, I will take care to fix it

I am having skipped heartbeat nightime for few minutes until i gointo deepsleep is this due to anxiety or something else please reply me i had done all test ecg echo chest xray bloodtest all came normal but i am anxiety pills if symptoms presistent they told me to do eps study, which i dont want to do, please help me what should i do

Can we eat curd regularly during high cholesterol level or it will also raise LDL and serum cholesterol?

I had an ECG yesterday; it showed sinus tachycardia and poor r wave progression, but my doctor said there is no need for further investigation. I also have cholelithiasis, but my heart is above 100, and I have anxiety issues as well. What does "r wave progression" mean? Is there any need for further investigation? I am 23 years old.

(If bp is around 130-150/90+100) which is the best way to go assuming all heart reports are normal(ecg, 2d echo, tmt, lipid, renal doppler, and lft)As for ambp it looks more like a quick decision to start bp meds or not. But that can be tricky if bp was increased due to lack of physical activity which can be controlled in a few weeks with exercise(walking) so starting bp meds based one day readings does not seem good if the person does not have bp. So will monitoring with exercise daily for a few weeks will be a good option?
