My uncle is going to have bypass surgery after 3 weeks. What care we should take for this 3 weeks. Diet, exercise etc

My mother is suffering from severe chest pain from last two days I have admited to hospital on the first day they admited her to icu and gave lots of medicine guessing cardiac arrest today she was relived a bit but the pain is not going ,Doctors are giving pain killer injection for a while she get relive and as the pain killer power is gone the pain star hitting back Please give your kind suggestion Thanks in advance!

Hi doctor, I had done CT Angiography 1.5 years ago as suggested by my cardiologist and the report came normal. However, I still experience left side mild chest pain often. My question: 1.5 years back there was no plaque or blockage. My cholesterol levels are slightly high. If plaque or blockage starts how much time it takes to build?

I want to understand one concept. I studied that Coronary Artery is filled mostly during diastole. Then why there is Atherosclerosis in Coronary Artery ? Pressure is low during diastol. Please share some intuition from your experience.

I'm diabetic and on medication from past 10+ years (currently on Tab. Gemer) My recent ECG shows LAFB. Previous ECG's always had left axis deviation but many said it's not of a concern. But now this turned into a block. Is this something dangerous ? What can be done to control/ cure this? I never had BP. It's always b/w 110-120sbp/70-80dbp. My resting heart rate during sleep is sometimes 55bpm. Saturation is 95 while sleeping (maybe due to nasal polyps also) Pls help me with the treatment and what tests are to be done ? Does this cause any further risks in the future ? How to prevent if so. Thank you.

Test results of angiogram LMCA Distal 80% lesion LAD proximal and mid 80% lesion LCX proximal and 50% -60%  lesion RCA proximal normal and mid 80% lesion, mid to distal stent 40% ISR and aneurism. Pls suggest, should we go for open bypass surgery?

Is bypass surgery necessary?  Is there any other option to treat? I really need your help. Thank you
