Hello Doctors, please check this report and suggest further intervention. History - Male 46 years old, family history of cardiac disease

From last 2 days ,I am having strange feelings and then I can feel my heart beating faster than normal, these incidents occurred when I was not in an  anxious state ,but I am dieting down currently and doing lots of exercise and cardio . The fast heart rate lasts around 10-15mins and then returns to normal. Yeah and this happened after having my breakfast both times ,I also get little gas and feel weak and shaky during it . What can be the cause ?

I m 27 year old I don't smoke or even drink. sometimes I have pain in my left chest I have done ECG my family doctor said its normal please check and confirm it is normal or not

Do running 5 km a day... Increases calcium buildup in heart valve... In my echo report it shows that my tricuspid valve is starts thickening...

My fathers cholesterol report shows high ldl range 192. Previous year everything was under limit.why this sudden increase happen and 2that impact it cause

Cholesterol Total 161 mg/dL ,<200.00 Triglycerides 76 mg/dL ,<150.00 HDL  45 mg/dL ,>40.00 LDL Direct 102 mg/dL ,<100.00 VLDL 15 mg/dL ,<30.00 Non-HDL 116 mg/dL ,<130.00 Apo A1 118 mg/dL ,109.00 - 172.00 Apolipoprotein (Apo B) 85 mg/dL , 66.00 - 133.00 Apo B / Apo A1 Ratio 0.72 , 0.35-0.98 Lp(a) >111.00 mg/dL ,<20.00 C-REACTIVE PROTEIN  1.29mg/L ,<5.00 (Immunoturbidimetry) LDL is a little high and Lp(a) is a lot higher. I went to see a  cardiologist and he said he can't prescribe me any medicine for high Lp(a) alone. He asked me to do ECG, Ecocardiography and stress test as my blood pressure was normal and i don't have any chest pain.  I did some research & found out that there is a medicine called PCSK9 inhibitors that can directly reduce Lp(a) to about 40-50%. Iam looking for a doctor who can give me proper knowledge about Lp(a) and the things I can do reduce Lp(a) directly. I have a question, Q) Can regular blood donations reduce Lp(a) levels in blood?

My mom had heart attack 2 years ago it was 100% block, and did angioplasty but doctor said her heart is damage and heart pumping rate is 35. And now she have 20 mm gallbladder stone and infection also . Doctor said its very high risk to do surgery bcoz of low pumling rate and low BP. And if surgery is not done then cancer, jaundice can grow...so both options are at risk. What should we do. Kindly help us
