Resting bpm and left chesth discomfort
My resting heart rate goes below 40 sometimes . I'm obesse guy(130kg) and started the workouts to loose wieght. Also having constant left chest and should discomfort from past 6months I have checked ecg,edecho,tmt and chest xray all are normal. I having this low resting heart rate from couple of months. Please let me know if any CT angi required here to rule out the issue

Check whether you are hypothyroid. If cardiac tests are normal then start with brisk walking 30min a day for 1 month before starting any heavy workout. 130kg body physiology is not used for sudden heavy workout
