This is my ECG from a month ago and I'm worried if everything is fine or not. My doctor had said you're fine and you don't need to come back but I kind of have health anxiety. He also took my Echo in which he said that everything is normal. I had gone to him because one night I felt like I'd pass out and got very scared, the other day I measured my bp, it was 148. But the doctor said that it was due to panic and anxiety. Nowadays my blood pressure is about 125/74 or something and I'm not taking any medications.

My mom is a patient of high blood pressure and diabetes. She is not feeing good from a few days. She feels lethargic and dizzy. We took her to and done an ECG as recommended by one doctor. Please help me to understand whats wrong with the ECG repot.

Hi, I performed a ecg of my heart and it showed sinus rhythm with criteria for left ventricular hyperotrophy. Can this symptom cause only dizziness???. I dont have any pain in chest. Some times when a gas is formed i have a mild shortness of breath else am fine.please help

Experiencing severe symptoms of heart failure like shortness of breath, palpitations, heavy sweating, dizziness and syncope, mild swelling in extremities, very low urine output, fluctuating blood pressure, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite etc. Doctors have doubt that i might have mitochondrial disease and subsequent heart failure. 2D echo has done and it shows near normal LVEF (60%). What is the diagnostic test to diagnose mitochondrial disease related heart failure? What is the treatment for it?

What could be the reason of 26 mmHg RVSP and 2.5 m/s Is my right ventricle systolic pressure increased and due to this I am having tricuspid regurgitation? Does peak velocity TR influenced by RVSP ?

1 week ago my father had a pacemaker implementation surgery. Now when i check his pulse rate , everytime PR is at 110-115 BPM . I searched in Google and it shows pacemaker-mediated tachycardia. Any treatment for this tachycardia ? Please reply 🙏

I am ,29  have been diagnosed with GERD and Pan Gastritis 1.5 yrs back undergone Ayurvedic medicine and some what good. but below conditions I'm facing High Blood pressure spike : 1. Working in the system more hours continuously 2. Morning workout 3. Body strain works in day time 4. When i get Emotional (also increases acidity) 5. When eating spicy food triggers gastritis 6. When anxious and mentally stressed 7. Sleepless night I'm taking Embeta XR 50 in night and teleact 40 in morning for BP.. suggest me what should I do now ?

From 3 days on wards I am feeling pain and pressure in chest with sweating. I went to cardiologist and taken ECG, ECHO, Thread mill stress Test and Chest Xray. Doctor said everything Normal. But still I am feeling pressure in the chest. Is these are symptoms of future heart attack?
