Cholestrol raised after weight loss
I was 63.5 kg before 3 months. Now I m 55kg. Reduced 8.5 kg in 3 months..but my ldl and total cholestrol raised after weight loss..cholestrol test is taken in non fasting state.. now my total cholestrol is 207. Triglyverides is 76. Hdl is 34. NON HDL IS 173. Ldl is 157. Vldl is 15.2.. before 3 months my pressure is 83/127. Now 80 /135. I was little bit nervous while taking last bp. Should i  take any mediaction? Why my cholestrol raised after weight loss?? Please Please advise me on this

BP is acceptable. Doesn’t need medication. Do not go for acute weight loss. 9 kg in 3 months is significant and it affects metabolism. Try to improve your BMR with regular and graduated exercises. From now control Diet, Do jogging or cycling only 30min a day. Take some lipid lowering agents for 1 month and repeat test after 1 month. Low salt diet and Protein & fibre rich diet daily. Stop Trans fat . Take Omega 3 Fat and hydrate more. You will be fine. Do not worry
