PLEASE CHECK MY ECG
Dear Sir Please check my ECG attached. Actually I have white coat hypertension right from my childhood so whenever I go in a medical setting my heart rate increases. Otherwise normally my heart rate stays below 70. I follow a very active lifestyle as I do brisk walk n slight jogging everyday for 45 minutes. My BP is also high in medical setting to 150/80 always but at home it's stays below 120/80. Please advise

In ECG there is borderline changes due to HTN..
Next Steps
You should go for 24 hour Ambulatory BP monitoring along with 2D ECHO
