Hi, Sometimes post running , post cycling ,walking in a hurry ,post doing exercise or any other dynamic activity i feel dizzy and lightheaded. Can it be due to any heart issues or just A normal Ent issue? I performed Ecg of heart and the observation was sinus rhythym with criteria for left ventricular hypertrophy.. i performed a Eng test for ear and there was a right peripheral lesion .there is no issue with my brain. As i have seen after a Mri So what could be the reason please help

Hi Sir, my mother in law having diabetic history for the past 25 years and 2 weeks back she underwent CABG with 3 bypass grafts, and after again doing ECG and chest XRay we got some impressions In ECG it is showing sinus rhythm later wall ischemia and in chest Xray it is showing Cardiomegaley is noticed we are very worried doctor please help us are these common after CABG Thank you sir!

One year back my Echocardiogram showed Dilation of Aortic Root and Ascending Aorta 4.6 cms and asked to do Echo after one year to review the dilatations. Now after one year I did an Echo from a different doctor, who just gave a report that Aortic Root dilated. Mild PAH He says ascending aorta diameter can only be seen in CT scan. and dilatation of Ascending Aorta 46mm is age related. Not a major issue. Is this true? Kindly advice .
