ST segment elevation (anterior) in ecg
I have ST segment elevation (anterior) borderline ecg. I found this in routine checkup I had mild chest pain few weeks back only when i wake up in morning and stretch my body very mild discomfort but it is subsided now I regularly go to gym also I apply topical minoxidil 5% at night for hairloss Is this something to worry about I have attached my ecg

ECG is essentially normal but normal ECG does not rule out heart attack..
