Hi, You have Rheumatic heart disease as a result of which your Mittal valve is affected and it’s thickening and narrowing with time.
Right now it’s just mild.
You can take Penicillin with advice of a cardiologist to slower down the inflammatory process
You should get ECHO done once every 6monthly and check on the progress of the disease.
Mitral valve surgery is very safe and now a days it is done with small incision from left side below the breast line.
So don’t worry for now. Take care
