Blood Pressure
Hello Sir/Madam, i had Angioplasty done one year back. And taking medicine related to it. My BP is normal during all time except during 5_7pm,during this time  if i move around then I feel that BP is rising, need to take rest etc. Kindly guide for the reason behind this and remedy on this

Hi, as you had an angioplasty then you must be taking blood thinners and statins. Are you hypertensive? If yes then kindly consult your cardiologist to keep your BP under 130/80 If not then check you BP early in morning after 5 min of bed rest. Also check before and after your walk. If BP is above 140/90 when you walk then you might need some changes like low salt diet, gradual increase in walking and +/- anti hypertensive.

Rise in BP and Heart rate on exercise is a physiological phenomenon. So please check the readings every day for a week to know the actual pattern .
