Hi I have taken my lipid profile yesterday it says ldl 136 and triglycerides 277 hdl 30.6 non hdl 167 recently I have reduced my weight from 88kg to 75kg my height is 5.8 but suddenly my cholesterol increased 2 months back it was less m doing regular walking for 1hr daily I consume coffees 3 to 4 per day so what should I do now can I take medicine or through diet I can reduce kindly let me know if it's serious issue
