I am 33 years old male with 100kg weight and 6 feet height. I take metoprolol and olmisartan for my heartbeat and High BP. I have been having on and off sudden weakness for instance last night I have sudden onset of weakness in chest and body accompanied by racing heartbeat and BP of 136/81 which subsided after an hour. Today morning I have had same issue but this time it started in stomach ache and belching after which I had chest pain in left side rapid heartbeat and weakness in both legs ( at that time I was very anxious because of thought of having left chest pain). My BP was around 130/75 that time. leg weakness subsided in almost 2 hours. Since then I have stomach upset and I had went lo few times. Is it a gastric issue or cardiac issue. I had a 2D Echo a month back and coronary angiography in January this year. Both came normal. Im attaching reports.

Hi i am male 36.from last night I am feeling pain on my right side of chest area. This pain is from inside that i can feel this. When I touch there or press there I feel pain. Or if I am doing some thing or trying to wake up or if I pull some thing heavier I feel pain. What exactly is this. Is this miscular pain or related to cardiac. I don't have any pain near to right side of chest or in middle one. Do suggest.

I got this ecg in our apartment health camp they made me sleep on a lean bench and I am obese and somehow was comfortable, I am attaching my ECG report. Is it bad. I suffer from anxiety sometimes. My haemoglobin is 10.46 and my lipid profile is normal and no diabetes. Little elevated BP 150/90. The Cardiologist there said nothing to worry but wanted me to monitor my BP.

I have done general health checkup done is my ECG good or any problem please suggest i have gastric isuue i am confusing

Sir, sometimes i sitting and do anything , i feel suddenly a Deep ar like other type heartbeat and Then goes nothing happen , and i think Valve problem heart?? Any serious???

Sir recently I got fever and serum creatinine increased. I consulted nephrology doctor he told stop sartel 20mg ..only use morning concor5mg ..I stopped and my creatinine. Came down 0.9. And sir now blood pressure sometimes increases to 130/90 sometimes it is normal what should I do sir please advise 🙏

My heart beat fast at afternoon time when I checked pluse oximer 93 to 105 and morning and evening below 85 bpm,here i am attaching ECG and echo reports .please let me know.

My VLDL CHOLESTEROLIS HIGH, T3 AND T4 are NORMAL TSH IS 7.5. ESR is LOW and LYMPHOCYTE IS HIGH what could be the reason for this result? Is my life at risk?

Almost 2 years ago I found a yellow spot on my eye lid. I checked lipid. ***My TOTAL CHOLESTEROL - 233, LDL-170, HDL-40 ***I checked LDL after 3 months. LDL- 121 ***After 3 months again I checked lipid. Total Cholesterol - 212, LDL -147, HDL -35 ***After 3 months I checked Lipid . Total Cholesterol - 176, LDL-127, HDL- 36 ***After 6 months  check lipid. Total Cholesterol - 167, LDL -112, HDL- 35 ***My BP- 120/80, Fasting sugar- 92, My Age- 33, Weight 65 I do not take any medicine for cholesterol. Should I start cholesterol medicine or need to consult doctor? Is any advice for me from your end ?
