Dear sir/mam My name is Pravesh Kumar Singh, last week I checked up the blood report, it is my triglyceride level 432 , total cholesterol 157 now Dr prescribed medicine lipirose F 10 daily 1 tablet at night, but my question is how can reduce without medicine triglyceride level because I am not  rich family, i am doing private job ( work from home) . Sir suddenly yesterday night after driving scooty for 15 min i got severe lower side arm to upper arm and then shoulder pain and slight back pain left side...pain did not go away after 6 hrs i ate pain killer and it reduced slightly now also i have very slight pain..i feel pain is inside the wrist arm ..pulling like ...no sweats pain in chest or breathless nothing ..only pain...is it related to heart ??or anything ..

I have pain in my jaw and teeths lower ones and shoulders . Somedays it is right one snd other days it is left . I am able to sleep . No pain while sleeping but when i get up i get these pain . Also the head pains on the same side. I had my echo done in jan 2023 which was normal along with cardiac markers . Is it related to heart or dental
