Hi Dr I was Diagnosed with PIH just 2days before my EDD because of which I had undergone c section, n was on anti hypertensives but BP was not getting normalized, All of sudden develop with severe hypertension and got hospitalized again, after two days everything was ok n as per obg advice I continued medication til 6weeks then stopped medication with tapering doses, but again at 12weeks my bp got shoot up again then again I had start with medication, got my renal doppler it's normal, sugars n lipid profile was normal, should I consider this as PIH and stop medication after 6months of maternity period in tapering doses or should I continue anti  hypertensives

Sir pls suggest me what is the test prescribed by doctor for having cardiomyopathy present or not cardiomyopathy??Pls suggest me

Sir I have mild chest pain so I have done echo and tmt my echo is normal in tmt I walk on treadmill 5 stage no significant changes in tmt but In recovery my heart rate 105 to 108 so it is high or normal what is reason for that pls advise me sir I attached summary report here..

Dr, I recently got my ECG done as I was complaining of anxiety. My ECG said borderline normal ecg with 124 marked counter clockwise rotation and 213 mild left axis deviation. Is it normal? In past I was diagnosed with Sinus tachycardia. This time my pulse rate during ecg came 97. Do I need to get any further tests done to rule out any heart issue? I do not have thyroid or anemia. I am able to walk around 5-6 kms daily without any significant discomfort.

Hi I have been under extreme anxiety of late which has led to palpitations and I took an ecg it came out to be normal but blood pressure was on the higher side. Is there something that needs to be done. I am very worried. I workout 5 times a week and I do intermittent fasting. I am a type 2 diabetic hba1c is at 6.3. Any suggestion would be greatly helpful.
