  4. High Ldl Cholesterol. Also don't smoke.

High Ldl Cholesterol
My Ldl cholesterol is 158 Non hdl is 161 I believe there's plague in my arteries. On some areas, veins have turned slightly black. I'm limiting my fat and sugar intake but recovery is very little. I also don't smoke.
