I have a normal bp 120/82 or vary upto 132/87 sometimes but the pulse is sometimes 52, 55, 56,59 at rest. Is this pulse rate normal? On doing activity it increases but as soon as I sit, it went down to the range of 50-60. Sometimes at night whem my sleep is disturbed, the pulse usually is around 55, does that count for my sleep disturbance too?

Hi
During night at sleep our pulse is usually low so not a cause of worry for that.
If during activities it is still low then get a holter monitoring done
