Hii dr i am suffering from severe anxiety and left shoulder stiffness neck and chest for some time i done below test which is normal kindly suggest for further investigation as I am unable to live my daily life always fear and worry of heart attack. Tests- Lipid profile-normal Cholestrol-normal Ecg twice-normal Echo-normal Blood sugar-normal Thyroid-normal Chest xray-normal Urine test-normal Cbc-normal Vitamin d-little bit low Platelate-174000

As you told its anxiety. Take anti-anxiety pills in consultation with psychiatrist.
