ASD 4mm for new born with symptoms

My son is now 2 month and 1 week old now. He has ASD 4mm from birth. Shall i wait to review at 3 month to do echo? Or shall we take treatment as he has clear symptoms of blueish color in both the feet and hand

ASD should not be causing bluish discoloration at this age If its there kindly show at earliest and review echo should be done Isolated or only 4 mm asd without ang symptoms can be left alone at this stage .
