Problem with Heart
My father had a breathing issue four months ago. Doctors went for ECG and Echo. Based on that he was given a medication around heart. I need to confirm if my father had " Congestive Heart Failure". Can ECG or Echo reports confirm the same? I need to know it for Legal purposes.

For legal purpose- its better to meet a physician in person
Majorly if echo & ecg are normal than congestive heart failure is not there
