My Father having heart issues

My father having heart issues need some advice on the tablets he using. Recently he got discharged from hospital with suggestion on medicine. From last 2 days early morning at 5 AM he is facing lot of problem. So during that time I tried to provide medicine as suggested by Doctor Espirin Gold 20 and FRUSENEX 100 MG TABLET Still we were unable to control him, he was facing lot many body muscle issues he was struggling on the bed. Please suggest options to take care of this situation.
