Coronary slow flow phenomenon
Hi. My diagnosis was non obstructive CAD with coronary slow flow.. What must have been the secondary cause for slow flow.? My lipid test, ECG, echo etc all come back normal. Is this related to microvascular dysfunction?

Micro vascular dysfunction is usually seen in LV hyper trophy or some intrinsic disease . I would like to ko we your angiography and echo.
