Heart issue or anxiety? Second opinion.
Hey doc, i am otherwise healthy with no problems.
It's just that i have health related ocd for my heart for now (as told by pschiatrist)but the obsession changes and it's ruining my life.
Does this anxiety (faceing for 8 months)really cause heart problems or is it just mind playing tricks on me?
Every time i do the EKG , i get panic a lot.
Sometimes EKG are fine and sometimes EKG are abnormal.
My blood pressure is fine, my cholesterol is fine just have a little high ldl, i don't smoke, drink.
