* NO LV REGIONAL WALL MOTION ABNORMALITY.                                                          * GOOD LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION.                                                          * GRADE I DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION.                                                          * NORMAL VALVES. sir ,is every thing normal. what about grade1 diastolic dysufunction. is their any issue plz tell me sir.

I felt always dizzy sensation after walking and exercise it's feel high ...one year back my all cardio tests are done ..like ecg.2d eco,tmt and all blood tests all are normal but I felt dizzy 24 hours ..

Chronic Chest Pain since last 4 months Blood Reports, 2D ECHO, ECG Normal CT Angiography revealed 2.5 cm Mid LAD Myocardial Bridge and 0 Calcium score in all the arteries. The cardiologist said nothing to worry and prescribed Dilzem 30 tablet but the chest pain is persistent even after medication. Only Chest Pain and No other symptoms. Can I take aspirin with dilzem 30 for relief of chest pain?
