I am having rapid heart beats and I have my ECG 2 hours back. It says abnormal ECG and tachycardia. Is it VT or Something dangerous like that ?

I am having pain in the upper chest of the left side in the underarm  region which radiates sometimes to left hand back left shoulder and right chest . I also feel fast pulse in my neck . Sometimes there is also pain in left jaw. In my blood test there is high level of lpa (30-40) and low hdl and normal ldl. I went to cardiologist and my ecg tropinin i and stress echo  were normal twice . Is my pain cardiac related or is it because I am not getting enough sleep

I am having left upper side chest pain near the underarms region for 4 months .which gets little better when I take sorbitrate one tablet. I went to the cardiologist and my ecg stress echo and tropinin i was normal.yet I am having the pain in exact same region .should I take sorbitrate and can a normal person also take sorbitrate

My Grandmother just passed away 87 . While i was giving her CPR . On the first press i heard a clear sound of ribs breaking. Now iam in guilt. Please advice

Request your review of my ECG which I did yesterday. No major symptoms but palpitations and weird weakness in the body.
