For last three years TMT coming mild positive in annual health checkup in same clinic.2 yrs back stress thallium is done which was ok.but again tmt is positive .this time my wife also tmt positive in health checkup.the physician conducting test says that it's mild positive without symptoms. Bp is 120/80.lipid ok.no chest pain or shortness of breathing during upstairs .should I worry or not?

Hello, I am overweight,cholesterol levels and triglycerides were high and bp rose to 140/90. Doctor suggested Telma H after 2 months I lost 5 kgs and bo now 110/75 on an average. Is it safe to take telma H long term?
