Heart rate
Hello my resting heart rate lies between 70-90 bpm but when I climb stairs or walk for few minutes it becomes between 140 to 160 bpm, this makes me feel like something bad going to happen as I watch my heart rate in smart watch also my heart rate increases to 105-115 when I stand from lying down. I feel v concerned last year I did my ecg and 2 d echo but it was normal
