Hello sir/mam I'm suffering from palpitations & sometimes pain in heart, and fatigue in extreme. Weight is getting loss gradually. Always feel tired. My CBC report is absolutely normal also thyroid normal, also I have done CT chest, this is also normal. I always take proper nutrition. I don't know why it happens . Eyes deepening and blacknesss around eyes. Body mass decreasing. Palpitations is 24hr.

I had done ecg,echo.ecg shows sinus tachycardia. Some are saying non specific st t changes in ecg.can I do further tests or no need.iam not using any medications now.plz reply is this serious.doctor didn't prescribe any medications. Plz reply.
