Pls let me know, I have of chest discomfort and tightness with arm pain left. Wake up every now and then at midnight. Do i need to do Angiogram??? Test done Ecg - 20-30 + Normal Echo - 4 times (Last April 2023) - LEVF 60% TMT - 2 times (Last August 2022) - Negative both TEE (April) - Normal Holter - Normal CT calcium scan of heart (No angio) - Zero Troponin I - 10 times - Negative

Respected Sir or mam, I want to buy a smartwatch, but Im a little confused in buying that which brand is good and which brand gives u an accurate ratio of heartbeat. And ecg and cardio  bp report . many brands are available in the market, but I'm confused. Which one is perfect ? I'm a fitness freak guy. I do running jogging exercises 2 hours in a whole day's And do gyming also Plz anyone know which one is good Plz let me knows

I am feeling pricking pain in the chest radiating to the back side of abdomen as well. The ECG showed sinus tachycardia and 2D Echo was normal. I am also suffering from burping and gases. Is the chest pain Cardiac or gastric?
