My father in law 67 now has suddnely got a heart rate over 200 he was a bit dizzy and having discomoft, after diagnosis immegiately it has been found the valves are over worked and pumping blood all together at the same time hence is there any long term effect or risk in furure? Or it can happen at times it is normal, please respond. What is the diagnosis then surgery?

The graph of holter says Sinus Tachycardia? Please tell me it is sinus tachycardia or something malignant?

Hello doctor I am getting fever from yesterday 100 f to 101 f..along with palpitations.feelinf tachycardia.. getting mild pain top of left breast... see n by doctor.antibiotic for fever.taken ecg for palpitations.. kindly look into my attached ment..in my ecg doctor says it's normal apart hight heart rate bz of fever she said.but in printed report it's saying lateral mi..I am worried.kindly help me in this.do the needful Thanks in advance
