My tmt is negative but Echo shows diastolic dysfunction grade 1..many times I feel palpitation, doctor said nothing to worry but I am anxious and worried about this plz tell me how serious is this and is it reversible?

My age is 24 and I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I'm very worried what might happen, can this cause cardiac arrest/heart attack? Please help

My heart rate is in the range 48-55bpm when i lie down to sleep and. During day time it is 65-80 range. I am taking amlong 5mg for BP. Is it normal to have such a low heart rate at night?

Hi Dr I Have Blood Pressure And Sinus Thachyardia With Anxiety My Cardiologist And Neurologist Suggested Me To TAKE TELMISARTAN 40 MG OD And PROPANOLOL HC LONG ACTING 40 MG AT A TIME BUT AFTER TAKING THIS TWO TABLETS AT A TIME IM FEELING VERY LOW AND Blurry eyes unable to work as I use to work activily my lipid profile is WNL and ecg as wel 2d echo I'm here posting my request is there any other  anxiety tablet for anxiety please do suggest me as my doctor is on Vacation As Well When I feel dizzy ent doctor suggested me to take Vertin 16 mg Thrice in a day but still I'm feeling week and dizzy unable to concentrate on my work I hope you understand my situation I hope you will give me a better advice. Please do advise me in this regards Thanks In Advance 🙏.
