Hi dr i have chest pain and pain in left as well as right center, difficulty in breathing, and palpation which was normal after taking antacid . pain is usually 3 4 second then it goes away. i have done 2d echo which was normal found MVP, done multiple ecg all were normal and TMT 2 time which was normal twice, thyroid normal

Can I take metpure tel 20/25 for long term? Diastolic dysfunction grade 1 and bp is 130/90.. Doctor said for 15 days..

Hi doctor, I am 27 year old and weigh 67 kgs and height 5'9, I noticed that the triglycerides are high when I got my lipid profile, before 3 months they are at border line and just elevated. Today when I god my report, I see that they are high and showing a value of 312. Last day as I had some head ache, I just ate some sweet and slept, today morning I went to have my lipid profile checked. Attaching the report, also my HDL is low. could you please let me know what can I do to reduce this value, thanks

Feeling Chest Vibration in left and feeling chest discomfort below chest center bone. Always rubbing place. Do you think is it something to worry?? Is this life threatening??? Pls clarify...

Hello, Felt like left chest got shake once it happened 4-5 time after gap in whole day. Yesterday night i was not able to sleep as i got up with suffocation due to gastritis. I slept at 5am. I am a 45F , I had a BMV 2yrs ago for mitral valve and i am on medications since then -1) AFOGLIP M 500 2)Thyroxine 125mg 3) lasilactone50 4) metocard xl 25mg 5) Acogut. I am diabetic and thyroid, for past 7yrs . 2yrs ago I had an accident of not being able to breathe because of lung being filled by fluid, which on x-ray were pure white, and that's when I came to know that i have a heart disease, after my BMV I am having frequent episodes of LOW BP as 100/70 or 108/65 and i feel like my head is spinning and my whole body is spinning I don't know what to do, plz tell why is this happening with me?? So that i can understand the problem and then proceed with consult!!.
