Hi doctor I haven't done the breath hold while doing CT angio for heart. The reports given to me are normal without blocks in coronary arteries, I have read in CT angiography process breath hold is mandatory action While doing scanning, in this case my report can be wrong? Please help me with this case. Thanks in advance

I done 2decho before 7 days it's show Mild PAH.and before 1 year I done TMT also it's normal n consult with cardio also. I done CT ANGIO in 2018 it's negative with zero calcium . Need to check any check up now or I am free with any worried . I done all blood test which is all normal . I am worried for Mild PAH which is shown in 2decho is anything worried problem I done echo from cardio n shown report to same. Doctor told me it's OK not to worries I need any health check please advice me

I am taking Veloz tablet for GERD, it contains Rabeprazole 20 mg. I got a test done for Troponin I for chest pain. Will the rabeprazole dose interfere with the Trop I test and cause false positive or false negative? Please, grateful for any help

Hello iam getting pain in my left shoulder to arm and below the right side chest what is the cause of the pain.

Chest pain occurs daily on and off from last many years. Have done ecg, echo and tmt many times. Latest ECG, 2D Echo and TMT is normal but I have chest pain daily. What to do? Chest pain changes places I never feel out of breath and walk every day 6 km from last 3 years.

Pulsating feeling all over body especially in head while lying down. My pulse is 70-75( I take concor 2.5) and my BP 130/90. My ECHO two months back was normal. I have had many holters in last 2 months and it only showed occasional PACs. But that this feeling was not there. I have myocardial bridge in my LAD. What to do ?

I have persistent cough with breathing issue. When I lie down on back, sometimes while wakeup, on heavy or stressed work , I feel chest pressure with cough. And that cause breathing difficulty with wheezing sound and some Mur mur sound on my throat. I did lungs chest x ray . It's looks fine. What causes that ? Really it's making me worried and stress more

Dr. My brother is having a mild discomfort and pain in his left chest and left side back from past 7-8 months. BMI is in normal range and age is 24 y old. Symptoms First three months: Trouble speaking, high heart rate, left side chest pain. Continuous pain and discomfort all the time. So he checked with a specialist cardiologist and all ECG, ECHO, TMT Stress test, Blood tests including sugar thyroid all reports are normal. So cardiologist told their is no problem with heart just gas and anxiety maybe causing these symptoms. Then he stopped visiting to clinic. But the pain and discomfort is still present all the time and not improving. Its been 8 months now. Type of pain : Left side chest and left side back pain (mild), pain in chest while laughing ( only sometimes), feeling of chest pressure and discomfort increases if not slept properly during night. Location of the pain is in whole chest it keeps shifting from one place to other. Please suggest what to do.
