Is this ecg normal or not... Please tell me doctor quickly... Please give me accurate ans 🙏🏻 doctor help me

Hiii dr my age is 30 I done all below test which is came normal Blood test Urine test Sugar test Ecg test Echo test Thyroid test But once I angry Or thinking deeply of anything My body is shaking and feel that heart beat is fast also feeling pain in left side chest after relaxation it's came down I have also fear like something happening bad with me everytime checked with cardiologist they just told me it is because of anxiety disorder kindly do suggest if I have to take any medicine or consult.

PlZ check my ecg. My heart beats fast many times without any genuine reason... doctor says heart rate till 120 is normal but why simple walking or getting down from bus raises it

Dr. My brother is having mild chest pain and discomfort from past 7-8 months. ECG, Echo, Stress test, cholesterol, thyroid and other blood tests all are normal. But the pain is continuously present all the time. Location of pain is whole Left chest and left back. From past few months a new pain occurs with laughter (only once in a while) and during stretching chest. Earlier Dr. Said gas and anxiety maybe the primary reason but the pain is still not going away. Please suggest something.

Hi Doctor, I was sitting on sofa get cold Sweats and little bit of heart pain, I have anexity since 2 years, yesterday only I have taken ecg which came normal . But still getting this kind of issues. Is it related to heart or just anexity. Last year I had 2d echo which came normal and also tmt test done in 2022 March which was normal. It's start effecting my life. Please help. Currently I have started taking ciplar 10 for alternative days with medication for vitamin d and b12 deficiency.

 6 feet 2 inch tall guy previously im 110 kg now after coming from. Abroad in India I started doing dieting Running 45 min continuously and completing 7 kilometer running and than going zym and completing 1 hours in zym and coming home take half bowl fruits with all fruits apple.pomegranate.kiwi.papaya.carrot.beetroot.oranges. mosambi avacado and bluebeery. Than in breakfast I take oats with toned milk and honey and all gaining the same fruits than I take after 1 hours gap I take   beetroot.carrot juice. And greentea 2 time lunch multigrain atta 3 roti boiled vegetables with 1 plate  salad . And evening 3.30 I go for again running completing 2000 steps in running around 20 min running than go zym again completing 1 hours there and coming home take chamomile green tea dinner take 3 multigrain atta roti boiled vegetables and salad 1 boiled eggs than go brisk walking 20 min completing 15km distance in 1 day can a normal person run it like this is it ok to how much I'm running is it ok

Hi when I travel or simply doing some work like home cleaning or cooking my heart rate will be above 110 is this normal?

Usually my blood pressure stays on the higher side(140/90), I have done ECG and ECHO and lipids , everything is normal. I am 105 kgs and my height is 5 ft 10inches I am trying to reduce weight so that I can get my BP controlled I don't want to take allopathic treatment as it is a one way journey From 3_4 days my BP is getting very high, today it goes to the highest side 160/110 Is there any possibility in Homeopathy or Ayurveda that I can get my BP controlled.
