Have bp150/90 ..
I have no 150/90 during checking in digital it goes for 160-170/90-100 due to my anxiousness. I am taking telma 40 mg morning.I feel my bp is not controlled for 24 hrs.. sleep and stress issues are there. Cholesterol 203.. all others normal.. if I am anxious pulse will be 105.. doc suggested concor and telma.. My concern is it ok to take only telma or only con or.. my pulse is 80 range during normal.. I want to reduce only BP and not pulse . Can I take telma higher dose pls give second opinion or only concor

Since your Blood pressure is not controlled by Tab Telma 40 mg Itself. Dont be in confusion. You should add Concor so that your BP and heart rate would be controlled. Taking higher doses of one drug may develop side effects so better not to increase the dose of Telma. Be calm and relaxed and dont measure BP so frequently. Once in a while (weekly) is ok
