I have high bp shoot up when i am anxious and panicked. I did my ECHO recently and Mild Concentric LVH was detected. The  general physician who checked my report said that my heart was working too hard so the heart wall has thickened a little and that i need to be under BP meds for Life. She gave me Cilicar 5 mg for a month. I have taken for 15 days now and feel like my bp and heart rate is less (i may be wrong please help to confirm) below is my bp readings after starting cilicar 5 mg. Should i stop taking bp meds or take half a tab of Cilicar 5mg. Is Mild concentric LVH normal? Full life i will need bp meds? Bp readings: 6th Sep: 5.30 pm. 116/64 (65 heart rate) 7th Sep: 7 am. 125/78 (62 HR)                     9 am. 116/68 (68 HR) 8th Sep: 7 am. 123/74 (66 HR) 13th Sep: 10 am: 124/74 (62 HR) 18th Sep: 11 am: 111/63 (64 HR)

Is this variations normal or need any treatment from doctor? Please reply. Have done all the body test... MRI, EEG, ECG. All reports normal except ECG variations. Skipped heartbeat for

Cholesterol HDL Direct in report is 39.56 which should be more than 40. Is the report normal. Pl suggest the treatment to improve the HDL . MRI report is normal. TSH is normal.

Hello, I'm 24 (female), my heartrate during workout goes around 120-160 today, the highest was 197 (which went for a second). I want to know is this normal? If not, what can be done? P.S. I'm physically not very active and had stopped workout due to anxiety but now I want to get back on track and have started working out at home for 30-45 minutes.

Hello. I was going through my normal corporate check and echo 2d shows mild TR, grade 1 lv diastolic dysfunction e<a and ECG shows nsr right axis. Rest all appears normal. Just wanted to reconfirm if anything urgent I need to consult a cardiologist or physician. Thank you very much

Past 3 years, my husband has been experiencing frequent episodes of chest pain/pressure/tightness. Sometime hving raised heartbeat or irregular beat. Did several rounds of ECG, ECHO, TMT( last test had PVC at resting stage) and once 24HRS Holter study for irregular heart beat with 3000 PVC. Finally a CT angio also did with zero score and normal finds. He still feels chest issue with sudden breathing difficulties. Last he got sudden pressure and we took HS trponin T which was 18ngL and two weeks later it was 9 Now 2 questions I hav. 1) is he having heart issues of these test rule out 2) Does sudden increase in HS tropnin T means anything serious after. Could someone help please .

Hi Dr i'm feeling some chest pain in middle and left side some times in right side. i'm also feeling shortness of breath sometime and left hand pain, but my Tmt shows negative for 2 times echo shows MVP and ecg 10 15 times all we're normal. cardiologist says that it's because of anxiety and MVP? im taking medicine for that from 3 month but still having same symptoms what i have to do next? my chest x-ray and tyroid profile also normal
