Did my ecg as regular check up please can you tell if this is normal? It was showing this.

My dad undergone CABG one month passed post surgery , My mom catch up with cold and fever she got recovered with in day or two, now my dad catchup and with cold and fever from my mom anything serious or prob?

2 years back i got my lipid test 2 years back LDL = 70 HDL = 50 and TRIGLYCERIDES= 70 and yesterday i done test again for casual purpose... LDL = 184 HDL= 48 ... my LDL become 70 to 180...how it's possible this much increase with in two years? or this is just a LAB ERROR? OR SHALL I DO TEST AGAIN OR START CONSIDERING TAKING STATIN? I'M male 25 yrs height 6 feet and weight 70 kg and no family hyper cholesterol issue all my family has normal levels cholesterol... report attached please give your opinion

I just used my Apple after dinner yesterday and it gave me this reading of AFib in ECG, but within 2-5 mins the reading started showing sinus rhythm. I’m really anxious about this? Here is the ECG attached

Hi Sir, I was on fast and got an angina like pain on chest and left armpit. Since, then my heart was beating fast and constant pressure. On 3rd day at nigh i felt my heart beating too fast and I felt lightheaded so admitted to hospital. Blood pressure found high momentarily but they said due to I was frightening. Ecg found abnormal ( all reports attached). Normal Echo 2D and lipid profile. Cardiac triple normal. Recommend Metxl 25 and heart beating and pressure on chest reduced but still I feel chest pressure from evening till the time I sleep. What is happening to me? Serum sodium 124.9 mmol/L, Serum Potassium 4.36, Serum Chloride 86.7, Renal Urea 25, Creatinine 1.54 mg/dl

If my troonin and ecg is normal should I have angina or not can you please help me with this also my 2D Echo is normal
