My father age 58yrs had an angioplasty done on 24th October 2023 and he is having Chronic Liver Disease as well, as doctor informed us that post angioplasty his bilirubin may spike a bit so his bilirubin is 4.2 currently and his sodium level is 125.6, the problem is that post this he is extremely sleepy, fatigue and in sleep he is blabbering something's .. is this serious what should we do?

Hi dr yesterday night while sleeping i was feeling weirded chest pain i was like i will be have heart attack, and the position of the the pain is near to centric left. after standing up from sleeping position i got burp i was feeling normal after that.. wheather this pain was gas related cause i'm feeling like heartburn and chest pain. and pulse around 95 ps- TMT normal twice, 2D ECHO normal instead MVP, ECG normal all Time Food Consume- bhel , dal rice and Chapati

Post Angioplasty for 3 blocks, If i skip unintentionally Brilinta and ecosprin for a day, will it lead to death of the patient?

I think I pulled a chest muscle while working out few years back. Sharp pains come and go around my chest area.It's been years I am experiencing it but no discomfort in any other area. No sweat,No digestion problems but only sharp pains in chest area for a while ..May be 5-10 mins Any suggestions ?
