Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have chest pain for 4 days so Today I went to cardiologist and did ECG echo , tmt , Doctor says all is fine I don't have any problem but now I check my report it is mentioned TRIVIAL MITRAL REGURGITATION AND TRICUPSID REGURGITATION (physiological) what is this means sir I have lot of worry about that. Is this valve disease is this developed to severe when I get old pls reply sir I'm from very poor family I also have Aso titre positive I take pendits 800 tablet is Aso cause this valve problem please tell me doctors I have lots of anxiety 😭
